  • Portrait Session times are not allocated and occur on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.
  • Studios open 2 hours prior to the ceremony and re-open immediately after the ceremony.
  • During a session, our professional photographers will take numerous shots of you and your family.
  • A Portrait Session order does not include prints or digital images.
  • You will be able to view and purchase your images online within 48 hours after graduation.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    The sitting fee covers your time with our professional photographer and does not include copies or the copyright of the Portrait Session images. The images can be purchased separately 48 hours after graduation.
    You will need to show the QR code for the Portrait Session booking (either printed or on your digital device) to our photographer. That will ensure your photos are attached to your unique 'G reference' code.
    Any guests may join you in the Portrait Session. Family and friends without guest tickets to the ceremony can also participate in the Portrait Session.
    We endeavour to have the proofs of your images online within 48 hours after your ceremony. You will need your reference code starting with ‘G’ to view the images through the “View/Order Portrait Images” button on our website. Once the proofs are available you can start ordering, however please note, it could be up to 3 business days later for purchased digital images to be available to download.
    Yes, you can pay cash or EFTPOS for a Portrait Session on graduation day. Please see our staff at the Photography Services Desk.
